Clients are welcome to add on any of these items to their wedding package. All additional rental costs are due at rehearsal.
> Votive candles: $350. Frosted white glass, roughly 5” tall and 3” wide. Electric tea light. Dinner tables, welcome table, bar
> Outdoor Patio Heaters: $100 per
Stylish, domed standing heater. Eight bronze patio heaters available to rent. 7-foot tall and can be placed near the dinner tables, bar, or cocktail patio.
> Table Numbers: $100
4” x4” cut out numbers. bushed, gold metal. Mounted to a slate coaster.
> Shuttle Schedule sign: $100 Client to provide times before rehearsal.
> Lawn games: $50 per game
Cornhole — white boards, gray and white bags. Giant Jenga — natural colored wood
> White Paper Parasol Umbrellas: (20-30) $150
Paper umbrellas are helpful and block the sun, providing your guests with needed shade on hot days.
Steel Frame ceremony Arch — $250
8′ diameter arch can accommodate any number of floral installations or decor.
Residence rental day-of — $1,500
Wedding party has access to the main floor of the on-site residence, which includes the living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Rental period can begin as early as 9am and closes when the ceremony begins. After the ceremony begins the couple and wedding party continue to have access to the tent cabin through the evening.

> Fleece blankets for nighttime if it’s chilly (about 20 blankets)
> Hand-crafted wooden seating chart board (client to provide seating assignments)
> Sunscreen and bug spray on the welcome table
> 3-person hanging chairlift with seat cushion, faux fur and pillows

> Cocktail patio lounge inclusive of velvet sofa, two large outdoor arm chairs, coffee table, and two low stools
