Whether it’s a small group coming for lunch, an outdoor retreat, or a large family gathering for dinner and dancing, our site can accommodate your unique needs.
You and your guests will enjoy both the beauty and privacy of our property while creating memorable experiences in the surrounding National Forest. Dancing Pines offers a spacious venue that is ideally suited for hosting a range of private parties and retreats.
In order to serve each and every one of our client’s needs, our private retreats begin with a simple site fee. From there our clients are given the freedom to coordinate their event with complete independence. We do not require any additional minimums when reserving our site.
If you are looking for a more complete package including tables, chairs, set up or anything else, we are happy to provide additional services for your event.
